The property manager with check if all required actions agreed on the pre check out report were completed by the tenant, in order for tenants to collect their security deposit. Otherwise PMA will advice landlord on the required maintenance that should be deduted from the security deposit.

Do you want to rent the house again after your tenant has left? Then, as soon as the tenant gives notice, we will start again with advertising and immediately start the search for a new tenant.
