WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

FREELANCE PROPERTY MANAGER ADMIN:

Looking for a freelancer to work at our office 6 hours a day from Monday to Wednesday. There is also the option to work 1 or 2 days a week.
TO START ASAP.

Main responsibilities:

 - Administration work (drafting contracts, keep our CRM up to date)
 - Customer support (answer tenants & owners inquires and potential new clients)
-  Give support to remaining team (be in close contact with maintenance, finance & real e
state colleagues and help when needed)

 

Skills:
- Proficient computer skills (email, Internet, Microsoft office, CRM, etc)
- Attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Analytical mind, problem solver and proactive
- Good knowledge of English language (written & spoken), knowledge of Dutch language is a plus
