What we do.

 

We'll organise the letting of properties for individuals and investors in and around Amsterdam. We will be working closely with companies such as relocation agencies and HR departments, 

In addition to the careful screening of potential tenants on ID fraud and credit our service also covers:

 

  •  Prepare the property for rental (advice on deco)

  • Energy label*

  • Point System* (only free sector properties)

  • Writing property description

  • Advertise online within trusty real estate websites such as Pararius.nl and all other platforms and social media

 Once our tenant is selected we will:

 

  • Prepare the rental agreement (Draft by our lawyers AMS Advocaten)

  • Prepare the inventory list with pictures

  • Property inspection with pictures

  • Set up check in day

  • Sign lease agreement, inventory and inspection documents and collect 1st payment.

  • Reporting (property report, status of the apartment/condition)

Letting service: 8% of annual rent plus 21% VAT
